WE NEED A NEW HOME!

We have sad news for our loyal patrons and fellow book lovers...in December of 2011, our lease will expire here at the Fort Hunter Fire House. We have been informed by the Fort Hunter Fire Commissioners that this space will no longer be made available to us. We are devastated at the prospect of our Library being homeless! If you have any suggestions or information that will lead to establishing a new location for us - PLEASE CONTACT - the President of the Board of Trustees, Barbara Lampkin at 829-7391 or Library Director, Tina Shave at 829-7248. We face the very real possibility of closure, and what a tragedy that would be after over 80 years of serving this community.
